We all know how intimidating it is to prepare for a job interview. We are told to get plenty of sleep the night before and eat a balanced breakfast to give our brain and body the energy we need. Most believers find themselves praying harder than ever before for confidence, composure and all the right answers. The “Everyday Ethics” podcast has an episode titled “Job Interviews.” This episode challenges the idea behind effective job interviews. For years, employers and businesses have conducted job interviews to help determine who is the best candidate for the available position. This episode questions if we have been doing it right all this time. Can simply being competent enough to answer questions eloquently really determine if you are the man or woman for the job? Or, is there another strategic process to select the best employee that is undiscovered?
