Chris Tomlin feat. Lady A

This song, “Who You Are to Me” by Chris Tomlin featuring Lady A (formerly known as Lady Antebellum), really excites me because it mixes two fantastic artists. If you are even a little bit familiar with country music, you have probably heard some of Lady A’s hits. I do not listen to country music often, but I do have my select few artists who I really enjoy, and this musical group is one of them! This song with Chris Tomlin and Lady A is just so good all around.

The lyrics, the harmonization and the music all contribute to the song’s greatness. This song reminds us that God constantly meets us right where we are, even in doubts and uncertainty, He is there; He is not just some presence that we read or listen about in church, but He really is here with us. If you have not heard this song, stop what you are doing and just go listen to it. It puts me in such a good place after listening.

Steffany Gretzinger

I may be a little behind, but I recently started listening to Steffany Gretzinger and oh my, I am totally hooked. Her album, “The Undoing,” released in 2014, and it is so good that I cannot get enough of it. The song, “Out of Hiding” from it is constantly stuck in my head and I am not mad about it!

Matthew West

Matthew West’s song, “Truth Be Told” really touches on what some may experience a lot of the time, saying we are fine when maybe we are not. Social media is constantly feeding us that we should be fine and dandy all the time, but this just isn’t the truth. Go give this song a listen, I think you’ll really enjoy it.
