It’s been said that a person can live 40 days without food, four days without water, four minutes without air, but only four seconds without hope. Current research shows that hope is in short supply today. Americans are the unhappiest they’ve been in 50 years. Depression is an epidemic, suicides are commonplace and people are desperate to find meaning. We Christians have the answer! The gospel shared is a seed that produces a wellspring of hope and joy.

Our mission is clear in 1 Peter 3:15 (NIV), “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” The gospel of hope is too good to keep it to ourselves.
