Jannabi’s “dreams, books, power and walls” is a thoughtful and emotional song that reflects on growing up and adulthood. Released in 2019 on the album “Legend,” the song has a gentle, nostalgic sound that matches its reflective message. The vocals are expressive and sincere, making the emotions conveyed in the song easy to connect with even if the listener does not understand Korean. The slower instrumentals create a calm but slightly bittersweet atmosphere, while the band’s use of keyboards, guitars, bass, and drums give the song a warm feeling. I love  the children’s choir near the end, which adds to an interesting contrast between childhood and adulthood. Overall, this song is a beautiful reflection on losing childhood dreams, facing expectations, and learning to continue moving forward.

Le Sserafim and Yoasobi in their collaboration song, “The NOISE,” combine energetic J-Pop with a polished K-pop. The lively production and catchy rhythm create an exciting atmosphere that keeps the song engaging throughout. The vocals blend smoothly, giving the track a unique sound. It is a fun choice for listeners who enjoy upbeat music.
