The “20 Under 20s” podcast offers free tips for our young and upcoming generation. Special guest Jesse Itzler shares his lessons learned as a rapper-turned-entrepreneur. Today, Jesse co-owns a private jet company; however, his journey didn’t start successfully. Like most 20-year-olds, we think our success is supposed to happen in a split second. Jesse expressed how he tried to rush his dreams and neglected to perfect his product. If you have a gift, then you should be making sure that you are the very best at it and continue to always find ways to cultivate it. 

Jesse Itzler also gives a great trajectory for college students or young 20-year-olds to follow. “Find out the things you like, perfect it, then cash in on it for the future.” There are some people that can immediately reap the reward of their craft early on and then there are many young people that try to cheat and miss the entire process. According to Jesse, being in your early 20s is a great time to experiment what you’re going to do for the rest of your life. If you’re over the age of 40 and you are still discovering your craft, then you could find yourself more stressed out. If you’re in college now, this is the time to start figuring out what it is you like doing. After you do that, Jesse states to keep building and creating the winning formula. In the long run, you’ll get the bag!
